- Operating Instructions: 1) Prior to operation of the boat inspect the "Water Glide" for: Damage to the fiberglass unit or mounting hardware. Repair or replace prior to operation of the boat. Check for loose or missing bolts. Make sure the proper lock washers are in place and Loctite has been used. Inspect the interior and exterior of the "Water Glide" for any debris that may have lodged in or around the unit. Remove any foreign materials and clean the Water Glide. 2) When operating a boat with the "Water Glide" never exceed the operational limits set forth by the manufacturer of your boat. You need to use safe boating practices at all times when operating your boat. Never exceed the manufactures load and motor limits. 3) Review the operation manual provided with your boat and follow the guidelines laid out within it. Safety First! 4) The "Water Glide" should be keep clean at all times. It is recommended that a good quality marine wax be used on the unit to assure the best performance. 5) Review all information on www.pontoonwaterglide.com, specifically the FAQ section. 6) Have fun and be safe!
- Warranties
- The Pontoon "Water Glide" Warranty: The Gel-Coat is warranted against color fading and yellowing for 1 year from purchase. The lamination is warranted against structural defects for 1 year from purchase. The foam, angle and attachment hardware are warranted against manufacturer defects for 1 year from purchase. Within this period, PWG, Inc. will repair the "Water Glide" without charge for parts and labor. Warranty does not cover transportation cost for repair. Warranty does not cover the product if subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Review the operation manual provided with your boat and follow the guidelines laid out within it. Safety First!
